Built for Texas Service Businesses

Service businesses across Texas — built to convert, designed to last.

Every project on this page started the same way: a service business that knew it had outgrown what it was working with, and needed someone who could think through the strategy before touching the design. Branding, web, and SEO — built one engagement at a time, principal-led from first call to launch. The names below span construction, trades, real estate, hospitality, ministries, and chambers of commerce. Most are in Texas. All of them needed the thinking before the build.

RED LEAF INVESTMENTS

REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT COMPANY

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

The real estate development arm of the Johnson Family Office, with a $250M development platform and a 12-year track record across energy, real estate, and infrastructure. The site had to speak to institutional investors, family offices, and 1031 capital — not buyers. Built the brand, the investor narrative, and a site structured around four capital pathways (equity, debt, mezzanine, 1031), with a featured opportunity on their 275-acre Brazos Riverfront holding.

RIVER RANCH ON THE BRAZOS

LUXURY HOA COMMUNITY - REAL ESTATE

WEATHERFORD, TEXAS

A 275-acre private estate community on a sweeping bend of the Brazos River — three phases, 54 limited estates, nearly a mile of river frontage, two approved custom builders. The site had to sell legacy to high-net-worth buyers without sounding like every other "luxury" listing on the market. Brand identity, lifestyle photography direction, and a site organized around lots, builders, amenities, and the why-here story. The consumer-facing companion to Red Leaf's investor site.

SUBSURFACE HEAVY CIVIL UTILITY - CONSTRUCTION

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, DBE and SBE certified, operating across twelve states from the Southern seaboard to the East Coast. Owner Ben Tomerlin needed a brand that read serious to municipal and commercial procurement teams, and a bilingual English/Spanish site for the field crew side of the business. Built the identity, the site (Weglot for Spanish), and a custom Bubble.io field operations app for Job Safety Analysis forms — both deliverables tied to one operation.

EMERGENCY RESIDENTIAL ROOFING SERVICES

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS

A Roofing business built around the worst week of a homeowner's year. The site had to convert in the hours after a storm hits — clear, fast, and reassuring without sounding like every other "free inspection" pitch. Brand identity and a site organized around urgency, scope, and trust, with the kind of structure that holds up when the call volume spikes

C&H Hardwoods

HARDWOODS & SOFT WOODS DISTRIBUTOR

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

A wholesale distributor selling into trades, not retail. The old site looked like a retail catalog and was working against the business. Rebuilt the brand and site around what their buyers actually do — species, grades, availability, lead time — and stripped out the consumer language that was getting in the way.

WEATHERFORD, TEXAS

A Texas resort and lodge property that needed a brand the local boutique-stay market didn't already have. Built the identity around place — land, water, hospitality — and a site designed to do one thing: turn lookers into bookings. No filler, no stock-photo veneer.

dm designs

landscaping &

irrigation

FORT WORTH, TEXAS

A rebrand and rebuild for a Fort Worth landscape and irrigation operation that had grown past what its original site could carry. Sharpened the brand, restructured the site around the services that actually drive calls, and built the kind of presence that holds up next to bigger competitors without imitating them.

hartin tree service

WEATHERFORD, TEXAS

Sam Hartin came in with a site he described as a mess and a budget that didn't have room for waste. Rebuilt the brand and site around what tree-service customers actually search for — emergency work, removals, trimming, by area — and shipped a clean, lean site that pays its keep. ("Bobby transformed our web presence from a mess into something that not only worked but also looked significantly better… Full recommend." — Sam Hartin, CEO)

WEATHERFORD, TEXAS

A ministry that needed a site that matched the seriousness of the work without losing warmth. Built the brand and site around the people the ministry serves — clear pathways to give, get involved, and understand the mission, without the layered overproduction that usually buries non-profit sites.

buff's bbq & grill

SPRINGTOWN, TEXAS

A Springtown BBQ joint that needed the brand to do what the smoker already does well — pull people in from the road. Built the identity, the menu system, the signage, and the print pieces that hold the look together from the storefront to the to-go bag.
