This Privacy Notice applies to California residents whose personal information we collect, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It also addresses rights available to Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024.

Black Anchor Design, LLC collects personal information provided directly by clients and site visitors. Over the preceding twelve months, the categories of information collected may include:

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. We reserve the right to extend this period by an additional 45 days when necessary, with notice provided within the initial response window.
Texas Residents — TDPSA
If you are a Texas resident, you have the following rights effective July 1, 2024:
- Right to Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and request a copy
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal data we hold about you
- Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a portable format where technically feasible
- Right to Opt-Out — opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
To submit a request under either framework, contact us using the information below. You will be required to verify your identity before we process your request. Requests may be submitted on your behalf by an authorized agent with written authorization or power of attorney.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice or as required by applicable law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
