DO WE OFFER FINANCING?
We do not offer financing or membership-style websites involving long-term monthly payments. However, we have partnered with PayPal's "Buy Now - Pay Later" as an alternative option for our clients.

DO WE HAVE PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, we have a payment structure for all our web packages:
- 60% Retainer
- 25% Mid-Project Payment
- 15% Payment Prior to Launch
Please note that this payment structure is tied to your project timeline. If you require a stricter or faster timeframe, we will apply a 10% adjustment fee and request full payment upfront. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

DO WE OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Black Anchor Design only offers three types of discounts during the year:

2) Festive Seasonal 10% Discount
3) Local Help 5% Discount.
Please be advised that when we apply the Black Anchor Design policy discount, we must collect full project payment to offset the lost potential revenue.

WHY DO WE CHARGE A RUSH FEE?
Yes, rush projects require us to rearrange our schedule, prioritize your work immediately, and often work extended hours to deliver the same exceptional quality—just faster. The 50% rush fee ensures we can give your project the focused attention it needs while meeting your urgent deadline.

DO WE OUTSOURCE OUR SERVICES?
All our core services are handled in-house (Branding, Brand Strategy, Web Design and development, App Development, Print Design, and Local SEO). We have a dedicated local US and International team for specialized services like Videography (motion), Commercial Photography, Printing, and other crafts!

IS THERE A LATE FEE PENALTY?
All scheduled payments are due on dates both parties agreed upon. A late fee of $150 applies to each occurrence, starting the day after the payment is due. If payments are more than three times late, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned and terminate the contract by its terms.
