Fort Worth Web Design Pricing You Can Take to the Budget Meeting

Every build is a one-time, project-based price. No monthly contract is required to get a website. Each package on this page lists exactly what's included and what isn't.

Recurring annual costs are cloud hosting, your domain registration, and any licensed photography or video.

Monthly maintenance (from $880 a month) and local SEO (from $1,100 a month) are optional too, and both are priced on this page.

Every website build is billed by project phase, so you always know what triggers an invoice.

10% holding deposit: due only when you book ahead. It locks your start date and is credited toward Phase 1.

60% at Phase 1: due when the project begins (50% if you paid the holding deposit).

25% at Phase 3: due when we move into build.

15% at Phase 4: due  7 days before launch. The site goes live once it clears.

Rush projects are the exception: they're paid in full up front.

The Recruit Package is the other exception: it's paid in full before work begins. If you book ahead, a 10% holding deposit locks your date, and the balance is due at the start.

Payment is by major credit card, and a 3% card fee applies to each payment. Texas sales tax is added where it applies. Small, Medium and Large Business packages (Captain, Vice Admiral, Fleet Admiral and Master Chief Diver) can also pay by ACH, with no card fee.

Black Anchor Design is an independent shop, so I don't offer in-house financing or long monthly payment plans. If you need to spread the cost, PayPal's Buy Now, Pay Later is available at checkout, and their terms apply.

Yes, two kinds. They can't be combined, and both run through December 31, 2026.

Paid-in-full discount. Pay 100% at contract signing and take 5% off The Commander, 8% off The Captain and The Master Chief Diver, or 10% off The Vice Admiral and The Fleet Admiral. You also get first pick of the next open start date, and onboarding starts within 3 business days: agreements, access, and your kickoff call. Your build begins on your reserved date.

Service discount. 15% off for active military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. Verify through ID.me, show your ID on our call, or send a copy of your paperwork. No upfront payment is required: the 15% is deducted from the project price, and the standard payment schedule applies. 

For rush projects, the paid-in-full discount doesn't apply because full payment is already required. The 15% service discount still applies to the project price, not the rush fee.

The Recruit Package is a flat fee, and no discounts apply, including the paid-in-full and service discounts.

I do. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who writes your strategy, designs your pages, builds the site, and answers your emails after launch.

That matters more than it sounds. Most of what goes wrong on a website project happens in the gaps — the designer who never heard what you said on the discovery call, the developer who built exactly what the mockup showed but not what you meant.

For large projects that need extra hands, I have a team of specialists I've worked with for years — photographers, industry copywriters, developers for custom integrations. I bring them in openly; I stay in charge of the work, and you'll know who they are. As a seasoned designer and brand strategist, I don't work with junior designers, and I don't hand your project to anyone I wouldn't trust to put my name on it. Nothing is white-labeled or passed off as mine when it isn't.

Anything beyond your package is priced from a short add-on list, so your base price doesn't change mid-project. An extra page using an existing layout is $960–$1,300. An extra custom page layout, designed and written, is $1,800–$2,500. An extra integration (CRM, booking, or payments) is $2,500. Healthcare projects that collect patient information add HIPAA Secure Intake for $3,500 on top of any package. Anything larger than these is quoted in writing before I start.

One round is a single, consolidated list of changes you send me at a review stage, covering everything you want adjusted at once. I make those changes and send the update back. Feedback sent piece by piece over several emails still counts toward the same round. Once your included rounds are used, extra changes are billed at $220 an hour, and I'll give you an estimate before starting. New pages, new features, or copy changes after approval are new scope, not revisions.
