Tier Packages & Pricing

Every project starts with a free 30-minute Zoom call — you're talking to the person who'll actually do the work, not a salesperson handing you off later. Once your project is active, in-person meetings are available for local clients, and I travel for projects outside the area when a visit makes sense. Either way, you work directly with me from first call to final delivery.

Black Anchor books one month out. Slots are secured by a 10% deposit on a first-come, first-served basis. Pay in full, and you move to the front of the line. Planning further ahead? I hold bookings up to 12 months out.

No in-house financing or monthly membership arrangements. PayPal's Buy Now, Pay Later is available as a third-party option for clients who need it.

Affirmative. A 10% holding deposit of your total project cost reserves your spot on the Black Anchor deployment schedule. This secures your position in my project queue and guarantees my availability for your engagement.

If you choose not to move forward for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. I retain it as compensation for the business I turned away while holding your slot. I don't hold positions indefinitely, and I don't absorb the cost of indecision.

Once you commit and the project launches, your holding deposit applies toward your 60% retainer payment.

All web packages follow a three-payment structure:

• 60% due at project start
• 25% due at midpoint
• 15% due prior to launch

Clients who pay in full receive priority scheduling and activation within three business days, plus the upfront-payment discount for their tier.

Two kinds, and they can't be combined:

Upfront payment discount — pay your project in full at signing:

• The Commander — 5% (Field Discount)
• The Captain — 8% (Tactical Discount)
• The Master Chief Diver — 8% (Tactical Discount)
• The Vice Admiral — 10% (Strategic Discount)
• The Fleet Admiral — 10% (Full Payment Bonus)

Service discount — 15% for active military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. Requires full upfront payment and a valid active military ID, veteran's credential, work ID, or professional license.

Both are valid through December 31, 2026.

Yes. Annual costs include cloud hosting, the ADA compliance widget, and any third-party licenses for photography or video. Domain registration and email accounts are billed separately, outside of Black Anchor's fees.

Monthly maintenance and SEO plans are optional and priced separately on this page.

Builds are project-based — no long-term contract, no monthly commitment to get a website.

Ongoing work is available as a monthly plan: maintenance from $750/month and local SEO from $900/month, both listed on this page. Beyond those, I keep a small number of select strategic retainer relationships. If an ongoing engagement interests you, reach out and we'll discuss whether it's the right fit.

Yes — 50% of your total project cost, available on all packages except The Fleet Admiral. Rush work requires immediate schedule reprioritization, dedicated focus, and hours outside the standard production window. The fee reflects that commitment.

Fleet Admiral builds run 12–16 weeks and involve dependencies that can't be compressed, so rush delivery isn't offered at that tier.

Mostly no — and I'll tell you exactly where the exception is.

Every project is handled by Bobby Robinson. The same person you talked to on the phone, the same person who built your proposal, the same person who answers your emails. There is no account manager between you and the work.

Branding, brand strategy, web design and development, app development, print design, and local SEO are all handled in-house.

Three things I don't pretend to do myself: videography, commercial photography, and printing. Those go to a vetted network of partners I've worked with for years. You'll know who they are before they touch your project.

Yes. Payments are due on the dates agreed at the time of contract signing. A $150 late fee applies per occurrence, beginning three days after a missed payment. Three late payments entitle Black Anchor to treat the project as abandoned and terminate the contract per its terms.

No. Black Anchor builds on Duda, Wix Studio, Webflow, Shopify, and Magento depending on what the project needs. WordPress carries a maintenance and security burden I'm not willing to hand a client, and the platforms I use are faster out of the box.
