Let's keep it simple. 

We start with a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals, timeline, and who needs to be in the room. If you're within 10 miles of our Fort Worth office, an in-person consultation can be arranged from there.

Travel beyond that — or outside the DFW area — is available for a consultation fee plus any related expenses, all itemized in your calendar invite before anything is confirmed.

Everything else is managed remotely through Zoom. It keeps things moving and eliminates the scheduling friction that slows projects down.

We operate on a one-month advance schedule, secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with clients who pay in full receiving priority placement on our calendar. For those who prefer to plan ahead, we accept bookings up to 12 months in advance — because the right project deserves the right timing.

We do not offer financing or membership-style websites involving long-term monthly payments. However, we have partnered with PayPal's "Buy Now - Pay Later"  as an alternative option for our clients.

Affirmative! A 10% holding deposit of your total project cost is required to reserve your spot on the Black Anchor deployment schedule. This deposit secures your position in our project queue and guarantees our team's availability for your engagement.

If you elect not to move forward for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. It is retained by Black Anchor Design as compensation for the business opportunity declined while holding your slot. We don't hold positions indefinitely — and we don't absorb the cost of indecision.

Once you commit and the project officially launches, your holding deposit is applied toward your 60% retainer payment.

Yes. All web packages follow a structured three-payment schedule:

• 60% Start Payment— due at project start 
• 25% Mid-Project Payment — due at the project midpoint
• 15% Final Payment — due prior to launch

Clients who pay in full upfront secure their place on our schedule immediately — with project activation within 3 days and 90 days of priority post-launch support included at no additional cost.

Note: Accelerated or stricter timelines require a 50% adjustment fee and full payment upfront.

Black Anchor offers three discount types: 

• Military/Veteran & First Responder (15%) 
• Festive Seasonal (10%)
• Local (5%). 

All discounts require full upfront payment to offset lost revenue. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.

Yes. To keep your website active through Black Anchor Design, the following recurring costs apply:

Third-Party Licenses (Photography or Video)

Domains and email accounts carry separate recurring costs outside of Black Anchor Design charges.

Yes — 50% of your total project cost. Rush projects require us to immediately reprioritize our schedule, dedicate focused resources, and often operate outside standard hours to deliver the same high-fidelity output on a compressed timeline. The fee reflects that commitment.

All our core services are handled in-house (Branding, Brand Strategy, Web Design and development, App Development, Print Design, and Local SEO). We have a dedicated local US and International team for specialized services like Videography (motion), Commercial Photography, Printing, and other crafts! 

Yes. All scheduled payments are due on the dates both parties agreed upon at contract signing. A $150 late fee applies per occurrence, starting the day after a missed payment. If payments are late more than three times, Black Anchor reserves the right to consider the project abandoned and terminate the contract per its terms.
