What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of blackanchordesign.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.

These terms do not govern client engagements. Work we do for clients is governed by the signed contract for that project, together with our Payment Policy and Refund Policy. If anything here conflicts with a signed contract, the contract controls.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and design — belongs to Black Anchor Design, LLC or is used with permission, and is protected under U.S. copyright law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, redistribute, or frame any part of it without written permission. Use of the Black Anchor Design name or logo requires a written license.

Client work shown in our portfolio belongs to the respective clients and appears with their permission.
