- We'd love to start on time. Life happens, and we get that — so we extend a 10-minute grace period as a courtesy. If we're unable to connect within that window, we'll reschedule for a time that works better.
- Please keep your webcam on. Some of our best work happens when there's a genuine face-to-face connection, even through a screen. All sessions are recorded for quality and accountability — by joining, you consent to being recorded.
- Find your best spot. A quiet, private space with a solid internet connection goes a long way toward a great session. We ask that session materials not be recorded or shared outside of our time together.

We offer a 30-minute self-schedule initial consultation via Zoom from the safety and comfort of your home! During our consultation, we will assess how our domain expertise can help address your business challenges. Consultation times are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST.
You can schedule an appointment between 1 day and 21 days in advance. If you are 10 minutes late for your session, we will have to reschedule.

If the conversation needs more time, we’ll seamlessly move to a Zoom session or schedule a 1:1 Coaching Session for deeper strategy. How long does a consultation last?
We offer two types of consultations: 30-minute Zoom consultation and 15-minute phone consultation. Both sessions are designed to provide expert insights into your business, and we focus on addressing your specific needs during that time.

Do you work with clients outside of Fort Worth?
Absolutely. While we're headquartered in Fort Worth, we work with clients across the DFW Metroplex, nationally, and internationally. All consultations and project collaboration are conducted via Zoom, so location is never a barrier to great work.

How do I book a consultation?

Will I receive a proposal after the consultation?
Once your consultation is complete, our team will review your mission objectives, scope, and budget. If we're the right fit for your operation, you'll receive a formal project brief outlining the engagement. From there, you'll complete our client intake and onboarding form to officially activate the project. We don't send generic quotes — every brief is specific to your operation.

What if I'm not the right fit?
We'll tell you straight. Black Anchor is selective by design — we'd rather have an honest conversation upfront than take on a project that isn't set up for success. If we're not the right fit, we'll let you know during the consultation and point you in the right direction. No hard feelings, no wasted time.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your consultation if something comes up. Simply contact us ahead of time, and we’ll help you pick a new time slot that works for you.
