Five years out from the initial COVID-19 disruption, I want to take a moment to reconnect and share where Black Anchor Design stands today.
First — thank you. If you've been with us through any part of that stretch, you know we didn't slow down. We adapted, stayed remote, and kept delivering. That's still who we are.
A few things worth knowing as we move forward together:
How We Work
Black Anchor Design operates as a fully remote agency. Our standard availability is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Client meetings are conducted via Zoom and scheduled by appointment. This model has always allowed us to serve clients efficiently without geographic limitation — and it keeps your time protected.
Payments
All invoicing and payment processing is handled digitally. We'll always communicate any billing changes directly and in advance.
If Something Comes Up
If anything on our end affects your project timeline or communication, you'll hear from me directly — not an automated message. That's a commitment I take personally.
Health & Safety
We continue to follow CDC guidance and monitor any public health developments that could affect our team or our clients. Our remote structure means disruptions are minimal, but your awareness matters to us.
