Black Anchor Design, LLC is a web strategy consultancy in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through blackanchordesign.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It doesn't cover third-party sites we link to.
What we collect
Information you give us:

Information collected automatically:

We don't collect card numbers or bank details. Payments go through PayPal, which handles that data under its own security standards and privacy policy.

How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Inquiry data that doesn't lead to a project is deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends.
