Black Anchor Design, LLC is a web strategy consultancy in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through blackanchordesign.com, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It doesn't cover third-party sites we link to. How long we keep it


We retain personal information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal, tax, and contract obligations. Inquiry data with no resulting engagement is deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends.
