Consultation

At Black Anchor Design, we diagnose and analyze the problem before offering a solution. We provide a complimentary 30-minute ZOOM consultation and demo to define the project's scope. During this session, we will discuss your business, services, and goals to determine how our expertise aligns with your online marketing needs.

Phase 2: we agree

Estimate, Onboarding & Holding Deposit

Once qualified, you'll receive a formal electronic estimate. Upon approval, we schedule an onboarding ZOOM to finalize all paperwork and agreements. A 10% holding deposit is required at this stage to secure your slot on our deployment schedule — applied toward your retainer at project launch. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable. Your project calendar is set. Orders are issued.

Phase 3: we plan

Discovery, Brand Audit & Strategic Planning.

We go deep. This phase covers gap analysis, root cause identification, brand auditing, and findings validation. The output is a strategic plan covering brand attributes, positioning, audience targeting, and customer segmentation. No guesswork — just intelligence-driven execution.

PHASE 4: WE BUILD

Web Design & Development

Execution begins. Using an agile approach and the Scrum method, we work closely with you through design strategy sessions, asset collection, and iterative development stages — all mapped to your project calendar. You're never in the dark.

pHASE 5: WE LAUNCH

Testing, Delivery & Mission Complete

Before a single page goes live, every element is tested against compliance standards and performance benchmarks. We deliver fully functional websites on schedule — minimizing downtime and eliminating post-launch surprises. Final 15% payment is submitted prior to launch. Mission complete.

  • Are we available to meet in person?

    We start with a 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals, timeline, and who should be in the room. From there, you can request an in-person consultation if you're within 10 miles of our Fort Worth office. Travel beyond that — or outside the DFW area — is available for a consultation fee plus any related expenses, itemized in your calendar invite. All other projects are managed remotely through Zoom.

  • What is your process for handling a new project?

    Our process starts with an initial consultation, where we gather project details and understand your needs. We then develop a customized strategy and move to the execution phase, which includes design, development, and testing. Finally, we deliver the project on time and provide post-launch support.


  • How long does a typical project take?

    Timelines vary based on package and complexity. The Commander delivers in 4–6 weeks, The Captain in 6–8 weeks, The Vice Admiral in 8–10 weeks, and The Fleet Admiral in 16 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional 50% fee. Timelines are also affected by client responsiveness — the faster you provide feedback and assets, the faster we move.


  • How do you ensure good communication throughout the project?

    Throughout every engagement, you have direct access to Bobby via scheduled Zoom sessions, a shared project calendar, and milestone check-ins at each phase. We don't disappear after kickoff — you'll always know where your project stands and what's coming next.



  • Who will be my point of contact during the project?

    Bobby Robinson is your direct point of contact from consultation through launch. You're not handed off to an account manager — you work with the same strategist who scoped your project from day one.

  • Do you provide post-launch support?

    Yes. Post-launch support is available through our maintenance packages — Base Camp, Forward Operating, and Full Command — covering everything from security monitoring and daily backups to SEO link-building and performance optimization. We also offer as-needed hourly support at our standard rate.

  • What does the partnership look like after launch?

    Long-term clients benefit from discounted rates, scheduled strategy sessions, and priority support. Your site stays optimized for Fort Worth and DFW searches, adapts to Google's evolving algorithms, and continues driving qualified leads. If you're serious about growth, the work doesn't stop at launch — it's just getting started.
