Payment Policy

We want to make the purchasing process as easy as possible. You can pay your Black Anchor Design invoice digital currency through our selected partners PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

 


Financing: 

Black Anchor Design does not offer financing but we have partnered with PayPal - Order Now Pay Later option with PayPal invoice.


Payment Structures:

Client retains the services of Black Anchor Design agrees to stick with due dates stated on contracts.

 

  • 50% Non-Refundable Retainer
  • 30% Mid Project
  • 20% End Project


All agreement may be terminated by Black Anchor Design (i) immediately if client fails to pay any invoices and fees hereunder. If client fails to cooperate with Black Anchor Design or hinders Black Anchor Design's ability to perform the services hereunder.

 


Invoice Online:

Customers can view or pay their invoices online 24/7. 


We don't accept personal or commercial checks. We only accept all major credit cards. We charge an 8.25% state & local tax on all digital goods and services except for consultations


There is a 3.6% surcharge fee added to the final bill for using a credit card.


You may set up automatic recurring payments online to automatically draft your monthly account balance from your credit card or debit card. If you setups recurring yearly payments you will receive 10% discount every year for hosting or domain renewal through Black Anchor Design.


You may also utilize the "one-time payment" option online at any time without registering.


Late Fees: 

Payments are due on schedule date. There is a $150 late fee applied to each occurrence . If it happens more than three times the project will be consider terminated.


Refund Policy:

Black Anchor Design's goal is to satisfy all our customers by making sure all their needs met, as outlined in this policy. Black Anchor Design reserves the right to limit or decline services once a contract has been signed or regardless of the workable arrangement. We can always adjust, modify, and add items of service to agreement, but we hold the right to decline or proceed with a proposal for "add-ons." We encourage you to retain your working contract during, before, and after your purchase. Also, as applicable, we follow any contractible agreement between Black Anchor Design and the client, which can be provided and reviewed upon request.


We offer repair services through extra clause services (operation agreements).
